City Workers (HO Scale)
Six men are included in this set. One man has shimmied up a utility pole and has his arm outstretched as if waiting for tools to be handed up. One man stands by with a cable or rope in his hand. Two men are picking up trash, one with a can on his back, and the other is opening up another can. One man is kneeling down, talking and showing something to the other man, who is down in a manhole.
